Collaborative strategies for emotionally intelligent parenting
Do you wish you had some more tools to be able to communicate as a family without multiple meltdowns?
Do you ever feel like you just don’t know what you’re doing as a parent?
Or are you looking to simply reconnect and have more fun with your kids and break some of the negative cycles that might have crept into your parenting style?
Working either 1:1 or in small group settings, Rachael facilitates sessions to help provide parents and caregivers with some tools, strategies, hints and tips to create calmer, more harmonious and connected relationships with their children.
Emotions are a bit like waves. When they wash over you they can feel cleansing, or conversely overwhelming. They build up slowly, crashing down at the last moment. When we learn how to ride them, how to work in harmony with them, we see the joy, the thrill, the fun that they bring. Understanding our emotions, and our little people’s emotions help us to connect to the waves, stay grounded when we need to, and surf them high when we know them.
